How do I register software purchased through your store?
You register any software purchased through TIMTOUTLET during the respective software's own registration program. When your purchase software through us, you are the legal owner of that product. For the digitally down-loadable products that we feature in our store, your personal information (Name, Address) will be registered with the respective software company and your product license will be emailed to you. It is recommended that if you purchase a download product only, that you safely make a copy of that download with your registration and license information.

For general questions you can contact us through email at: timtoutlet@gmail.com Currently, we have limited phone support but as our sales grow so will our capabilities. Please allow at least a 24hrs response time on business days and at least 48hrs on non-working days.

Warranty information for non-software products
For purchases on non software products that we offer, warranty information and obligation is provided by that product's company. Any warranty information is provided on the product's online store item listing.

How do I receive Technical Support for Software purchased through you
All of the software products that you purchase through us, are supported from their software creators. When you purchase software through TIMTOUTLET you are purchasing legally binding rights to own your copy of that software, thus are also purchasing that product company's customer support for products. Certain companies may offer additional support levels for fees. You will need to review that companies customer support policies and offerings.

Why should we pruchase software products offered from you?
We don't just sell software, we go through an application and review process with the software companies for whose products we offer for purchase. Because of this, you are buying from an Authorized retailer. We can also answer any product compatibility questions that you may have, as we do offer limited support not included in your software product's purchase.
